Corporate Experiences: Recruitment and Hiring Practices during COVID-19

Jahi shared reflections on moving a traditionally on-site summer intern program to a remote program, including lessons learned, and what he envisions will be part of the "new normal" as companies seek to engage students in the current academic year and beyond. We had a robust discussion on how we can ensure students still have meaningful recruitment, employment, and engagement experiences during the current pandemic.
